Although I believe that Apple could have been more creative in integrating homeschoolers into it’s customer base, Apple does at least acknowledge homeschooling as a growing trend and is hosting a homeschool page on its apple.com website.

Apple offers a few links to other homeschool resources, including a link to the ‘store’ where homeschoolers can purchase Apple products at discounts. However, the most interesting portion of the homeschool education page is to the ‘Apple Learning Interchange‘. The Apple Learning Interchange is a social network for educators and promises lesson ideas and in-depth curriculum study material. Membership is free but registration is required.
